Had my first ever experience of reflexology with the lovely Emily. She made me feel very at ease before the treatment explaining everything about reflexology and what was about to happen and answering all my questions. The treatment was amazing the most relaxed I have felt in a long time to the point I did fall asleep (apologies for my snoring 😂) Emily came to my home in Ongar which was really convenient for me. She did make me aware that I may have an issue with my lower back or hip. Which my PT instructor had only said to me yesterday, she said I was out of alignment, so i will definitely be looking in to this further. I would highly recommend Essex Reflexology and shall definitely be treating myself to more sessions 😍

I have had Reflexology treatments for years with Emily. Not only does she provide wonderful treatments, she really encourages mindful thinking and encourages relaxation techniques. Emily will talk you through what you are trying to achieve from having the treatment, areas of tender/sensitive points on the feet that she discovered during the treatment (and took time to work on) and how to maintain the feeling of wellbeing and balance after the treatment. Emily continues to attend regular training courses to introduce new treatments, and I particularly enjoy her facial reflexology treatment that she has introduced. Do also follow her on her social media channels too, as she regularly posts short videos of how to carry out self treatments. I can personally recommend regular sessions with Emily, which is where you really notice a difference in your wellbeing.

Emily is one of those people who you meet and instantly feel healed by. She has a way about making you feel relaxed and welcome (and that's before the treatment even starts). She treated (and aided) me through my fertility journey. From IVF, to falling naturally and throughout pregnancy/post natal too. She also treats my partner who has a rare cancer.
