Visited this company in search of a new garden suite and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. There is a very nice selection on display, giving you an instant idea of what it would look like in your home. I was very warmly greeted by Jason, who listened to what my requirements, budget, and plans were and advised which particular setup would be best suited for my garden. Delivery is an absolutely necessary option for me with only a saloon car. There were several options to choose from in a nice range of colours too. In fact, it's quite hard to narrow down, so if like me you really are open to many types, thrn Jason will assist you to help steer you in the right direction. As a family run business, you really do get a professional friendly service throughout, and at no time was I pressured or steered towards a dearer option. You feel like you're getting a fantastic deal as well as a very well constructed quality garden furniture set. I can not recommend them any higher, and they receive an extremely well-deserved solid 5-star review. Thank you to all the company for your help and advice, and if you're in the market for a new rattan set then give these guys a call or visit them at their showroom, you will not be disappointed.

I stumbed across Essex Rattan a few weeks ago whilst out with my best friend. We were having lunch and I googled rattan furniture near me. Essex Rattan top of the list. So off we went and the service was exceptional! No hard sell. Offered to deliver that day (family run business) I chose a beautiful 2 seat recliner set with table. Baring in mind this was about 1pm and he stuck to his word and delivered about 5pm that night . Top guy. Awesome quality furniture already built and the water proof cover is brilliant.... water beads off it better than on my car. 100% recommend Essex Rattan.

This family company is run by Jason & Sally and my wife and I visited their showroom last week and could not have been more impressed by the friendly and professional service that we received. There was no pressurised selling and found them very honest with the questions we put to them about their products of which are of the highest quality. We had been searching for Rattan garden set with fire pit without success as a lot were of poor quality and didn't look as if they wouldn't last a year or some that met our needs and quality but were too expensive or required self assembly.With this company they met all our needs and bent over backwards to help us both. We have today received our order, Jason arrived dead on 10am as he said he would, everything came already assembled and Jason even put it in position in our garden for us. He would not leave until we were happy and said any problems or advice we need, do not hesitate to contact me as his after sales is so important for his business. A true professional and a realy nice bloke and I have no hesitation in recommending this Company for all your garden furniture.
