Had my first one on one today with Tanya today. Very professional, made me feel welcome. The session itself was well structured and taylored for my needs. It is only used for personal training too which meant it was quiet and didn't have others watching what I was doing which was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend, go train!

I hold personal training and one to one Muay-Thai/boxing/MMA sessions from this fantastic studio. Great people, great vibe, warm, welcoming and comfortable. My clients are very happy, especially with the set up as it is private but at the same time spacious. Fully matted and knowledgeable staff five stars all day long!
