Absolutely fabulous service from Scott, making my almost 100 year old mini grand piano sound beautiful. I didn’t have much hope for the piano as I got it on Facebook Market place but Scott was able to work his magic and tune the piano, fix and refit the broken hammer, fix the pedals so they don’t drop and even hoover the inside! My husband and children were all very interested in seeing how the piano actually works and Scott is very knowledgeable about this. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Besides tuning my piano he also gave me advice on a source of a small squeak in the sustain pedal and suggested a solution. Scott came out to tune my 96 year old mum's rather old piano that hadn't been tuned for a number of years! He was highly knowledgeable and very patient as my mum wanted to tell him all her old piano related stories!! Anyway the result was a beautifully tuned piano and an extremely thrilled mum who is rekindling her love of playing. We shall definitely be using Scott again!

I found Scott through a google search and I'm so happy I did! I made an enquiry and that same evening got a response from Scott and was booked in within a few days for a tune. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through both the history of the piano and what options I had going forward in terms of maintenance. Scott then followed up with a message summarising all of the above so i had a record of it. Couldn't recommend Scott more - great value, very professional and really great knowledge. Will use Scott for all future tuning / maintenance needs.

Highly recommend Scott for all your piano needs. I inherited an instrument that had been stored in a garage for several years. Keys were sticking, some notes barely played at all. I was prepared to use it as furniture assuming it would cost more to fix than it was worth. Not so. Scott did a fantastic job, removing the whole mechanism and attending to each individual peice all cleaned and restored and beautifully tuned, plus a lovely shine on the brass for a reasonable rate. Couldn't be happier with the service.
