We lost our much loved dog Bertie on 20th February and, like all dog owners, we were distraught. We took him to Essex Pet Crematorium, where we had previously taken his mother. I cannot put into words how dignified, sensitive and kind the service was by Adam. Also a dog owner, we felt he knew exactly what we were going through and this was so important at a time like this. He let us completely lead the conversation, yet gave genuine words of comfort in reply. Our dog was the focus of our home, a very important part of our family, and we honestly felt the service and care he received at the crematorium was what he absolutely deserved. So thank you Adam, thank you for being there as a source of support and for your service which we truly feel went above and beyond in the care you show. I can't recommend you highly enough, you made a thoroughly awful time manageable, I don't think you realise how important you were to us.
