I went into here to buy a charger which I had the old one with me when I get home I found that it was the wrong one they charged me 45 pound when I took it back he wanted to charge me 50% to restock it it hadn't been used and was still in the box The owner of the shop called Dean contacted me and offered me a full refund and no restocking charge and was very helpful sorting out the situation .

Fantastic service from Dean who visited to advise my elderly parents to Alan who did a first class fit of the stairlift they needed. Very straight forward quick and easy. The company have been established for a long time and have a good reputation which is why I went to them first even though my parents live in Chelmsford. They have not disappointed and on behalf of my elderly parents I think you for your professionalism.Dad found it so much easier tonight to get upstairs to go to bed which makes a big difference to their quality of life at this time.

Absolutely fantastic service from Dean. I phoned the shop a little distressed, as I needed something quite quickly for my dad. I popped to the shop, selected what I needed and Dean drove out to my dad the very next day (Saturday) to deliver and install it. I was unsure if my dad needed any extra items so he brought them with him for us to make a decision on the day. So very kind and compassionate. If Covid was not an issue I would have shaken his hand. Thoroughly recommended.
