Potential to be a good product but......1st bed turned up and the frame was twisted leaving one side of the seat base 20mm higher on one side and flexing up and down, when in the bed position the middle section wouldnt sit flush on the frame and flexed up and down, the switch kept falling out on the front to isolate the actuator and the wires were not terminated with connectors and just wound around the screw posts, which splayed out and would have failed in next to no time, they were also just wrapped in electrical tape and not protected with heat shrink as should be. No hassle to get it collected and another made and sent out, but.........the replacement seat turned up and sat flush in the seat position, great thats sorted, bed position not so, the middle section still sat up from the frame and flexed badly, and to my horror one seatbelt was only tightened finger tight!!!! I have messaged and still had no reply, the electrical connections were now soldered but only taped so i have resoldered these with heat shrink, the flex in the bed was due to the load being put onto the actuator which i fixed by welding a new bracket in the correct position for the actuator. No fitting it today the pre drilled holes are not usable as they fall inline with the chasis rail. So the welders out again and re drilling new holes. Very dissapointing service.
