A yard full of old Jags and potential stock; sounds ideal. Shame the customer service was shocking! Was hoping to purchase a fair few parts today for my car but was met by 2 members of staff that really couldnât be less interested in our custom, made us feel unwelcome and like we were being a nuisance by turning up wanting to buy stuff. Will NOT be returning, would rather travel further afield and needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Arrived on a Saturday morning to get various parts for a 98 XJ8. When I asked about various bits, his reaction was âunlikelyâ to just about everything except a radio unit and he was busy and we could expect to wait between 40mins to an hour for any sort of assistance! Really didnât appear interested in us at all and we felt like we were inconveniencing him by being there. Having read the other reviews here, I can only guess our experience was down to him having a âbad dayâ. Great shame as I was prepared to spend good money and I was hoping to find someone who was a bit more helpful.

Tried everywhere (Main dealer, tyre fitters,RAC etc) to get my missing locking wheel nut key replaced, with no luck. Took the car to Essex Jaguar Spares who replaced all 4 nuts within a couple of minutes. I will always use these guys from now on. Excellent service
