If I could give more then 5 stars I honestly would, Nova has been nothing short of amazing to me, I remember the first day walking into see her thinking this isn’t going to really work but I’ll give it a go, to today where I’ve just finished my courses and I feel a brand new person. I couldn’t thank Nova enough for being with me every step of the way and giving me the tools to see my perfect self and be my perfect self. I couldn’t recommend Nova enough, you may be hesitant to go to hypnotherapy but I promise after leaving Nova’s sessions you will feel relaxed and a new lease of life.

I never thought I would be able to solve my problem after 8 years of struggling but Nova did solve it. I had tried talking therapy but unfortunately it wasnt working for me, so I struggled for a long time on my own. Nova was my last hope and she did not disappoint, after only a few sessions I feel better in myself and about my problem, I still have a little way to go but in such a short time I feel so much better already, thank you Nova so much and I look forward to continue to work with you.

After having Anxiety for over 10 years i have tried many therapy sessions, medications and even hypnosis which didn't help, i thought i would give hypnosis another try as a last attempt to get my life back and found Nova"s website. Nova makes you feel relaxed and her therapy/hypnosis sessions have made me forget about my anxiety and i am now able to do more things without overthinking everything. I would definitely recommend Essex Hypnosis if they are looking for help or open to trying something a little different. After just a short time I could see my son go about day to day things and going out so much easier, his confidence grew with every session. Where do I begin. I’m someone that’s always had a fear of flying for as long as I can remember and got to the point that I’ve had enough of this and other issues taking over mg life so I made the decision to see Nova. That was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. Not only is my mental health at an all time high which has nothing but positives on all aspects of my life but I’ve just come back from a short holiday abroad and flying never felt so good. No fear, no anxiety, no tears and having to drink and take medication to get me on the plane, NOTHING. I can’t thank Nova enough and can’t recommend her any higher for all what she’s done for me and my family. This really is a life changing experience

I have been a practicing registered psychotherapist for several years now. I learned about BWRT through my studies but had never experienced it as a patient/client. Nova assured me that this technique would be successful in dealing with the PTSD I suffered. It was beginning to affect many aspects of my life, I was at my wits end trying to manage it myself. Nova calmly explained it all to me then did her thing. It was miraculous, you need to see, feel and hear it to believe it. I walked in with such an agonising weight on my shoulders and quite literally it was removed. I know not all issues are so easy but for Nova, her confident, calm and kind demeanour made this happen. She knows what she is doing and I am grateful every single week since she treated me. 10/10 and 5 *****!!!!!!! I cannot recommend her services enough, thank you, this was life changing!
