Absolutely appalling! Medication is either not ordered or ordered in the wrong quantities. Communication is impossible. Phones not answered, door locked and neatly typed letters go missing. Ariel healthcare is not fit for purpose and seamlessly messes up everything that used to be performed so well.

They make it as difficult as possible to book an appointment. Almost always running late too, with no apologies from staff. Also, this surgery locked its entrance door in March 2020 and it's still locked, 18 months later. Entry is only via videophone. Appalling.
