Putting this in writing for you so it’s documented. I sincerely hope you are not ticking boxes and have learnt your lesson where My Indi(Indigo) is concerned and your not going to carry out the procedure that you I told you not too. Which you did on the 1st December 2021 which resulted in her been hospitalised due to your incompetence. my big boy went over the rainbow on the 5th November, and unfortunately I made the wrong decisions to let my baby girl Indi go to Ehpps, unfortunately they chose not to listen to my advise with her subsequently she was rushed to the vets Saturday 4th December. She’s survived thank god but was sent back to Ehpps where I fear for her. As of last Monday they have cut of contact and refused to let me see her and she saying I neglected her and that there saving her when actually it was there actions that made her colic 🤬 that’s about as far as I can share atm as further action is taking place for her to be retuned safely back to me. There too busy ticking boxes on papers to if taken onboard what I told them. My poor Indi
