I contacted Mimi as my Mum had complained of her left ear being blocked for some time and had, unfortunately, been in and out of hospital for best part of 8 months, thereby making it difficult to take her to visit an audiologist during this time. The home service was exactly what we needed! Mimi was thorough, explained to Mum and myself what she could see during the initial examination and then proceeded to work on removing the wax that was in her left ear. The wax was removed, it was quick, painless and we'll be sure to contact Mimi again if Mum has any more issues. Thank you Mimi!
