My son had COVID-19 symptoms We paid for a PCR with DAM received an email confirming he's negative. We then tested using a lateral flow test and was showing he's positive. He still has symptoms. Not sure how accurate the PCR test is.

Great experience, had to do PCR fit to fly test before midnight for my 9 year old. 9AM appointment booked, was early. Free parking for 30 mins, queue started to form. Simple form to fill in, a couple of questions. Was out in 10 minutes, professional and polite staff. Recieved PCR result same evening 9.45PM. 👍😊

Had a fit to fly test done at DAM Health in Brentwood. Parking was a bit of a pain but was a bit early to my 11am appointment. Only 2 staff in a small building but was in and out within 10 mins. Results showing on the app by 1am (14 hours). They allow up to 24 hours from the appointment time for results to show. Overall very good experience cannot rely solely on negative reviews for this place. Had no issues

Booked at 12.30 slot, for a LFT the day before departing on a cruise. Over 75 and do not possess a "smart" phone. No probs at all, no queues, completed a paper form and swab taken. Txt 30 mins later - Negative. On returning home email Certificate confirming negative. Parked in Council car park across the High St (30 mins free) but didnt take a chance so paid £1. Will use again

We had a 2 hour wait outside yesterday for our pre booked Day 2 PCR tests. The staff were completely overwhelmed with people begging for their overdue results. Some had cancelled their flights because their test results weren't through. I received my results this morning in under 24 hours but only half a text message and the result is anyone's guess. No email at all. Dear.... Thank you for choosing DAM Health for your Mandatory Day 2 PCR (Results within 24 hours). Your sample has been analysed and your results show that Covid19, SARS-CoV-2, That's all. Now what???? 5 months later, still waiting for the result. No reply from Dan Health. Got money back through my credit card. Can I come out of quarantine now?
