Further to my review of about 4 years ago. ( see below). This month, I was obliged to visit Essex Gun Shop with a defective Sig Sauer X5 pistol. The after sales service that I received from Chris the proprietor was absolutely excellent / supurb .This shop does not only want to sell products, but generally wish to help customers. Well done Chaps .Chris and his colleagues go out of 'their way' to assist customers.I have visited many gun shops in and around Essex and this is far the best. Keep up the good work chaps. Well done. One of the best gun shops I ever used . I took my new rifle I bought online and they got so much wrong . I bought a sig rifle which could of gone so wrong but chris and a young lad stood there and helped me out . Thanks guys . He said now I have a proper gun shop and chris is not wrong there . I shall be returning soon to get another purchase .
