Made a booking with them over the phone to get some work done, agreed a time and date and all seemed fine. They didn't show up so I called them to see the problem. Apparently there was no record of a booking, they suggested that I had never called them in the first place and that they weren't interested in doing the work anyway. Useless & arrogant

contacted this company for a quote for replacement of our garage door. Turned up on time for the survey, they came back to measure again just to make sure all measurements were perfect, deposit paid and the installers turned up on time of the day of fitting. No mess, no hassle, excellent installation. Maybe not the cheapest and not really expensive but definitely worth the money for a quality installation.

Had a Hormann door fitted. The fitters were very helpful and fitted the door very neatly. It’s still working two weeks later. I think for the cost of the garage Essex garage doors should leave with a ton of silicon spray for the runners. However lovely door and fitted very well.

Excellent comms when booking.... shame about the timekeeping.... Booked in six weeks in advance..... booked time off work and waited in all day for the installer but when I finally chased them at 3.15PM was told the installer was busy 40 miles away and wouldn't be coming. Nice. (Note to company: time to tell me that was hours before..... not after I'd waited in all day for nothing). They then had the nerve to ask me when I could re-book for..... sure I'll re-book - but with another company. Time-wasters.
