First time used Southend branch for my service and Mot , friendly welcome from Amanda on entering, everything was explained to me and queries answered by Amanda very professionally .I liked that Amanda still had her Screen up on her desk, made me feel that there was a safe barrier between us, was not wearing a mask.over all good communication with service department, washed car before I collected it. Very happy with Southend branch.
