Right from me calling FORDS at Rayleigh I felt that what I wanted was a priority. They found me the car I was looking for and offered to me at a discount. Was kept informed without me chasing them. Actual Service, check-in, etc, was 5 star only problem was that it was almost impossible to park on arrival, due to a problem with you being unable to carry out Air conditioning work - and in the middle of summer as well!, Ford should give some thought to a double height parking system. So, service - OK, but no courtesy car wash, no air con service, you've still got a way to go!

Just took my car in for a service & routine body & paint check. In honesty it's £200 for an oil change & a quick look over the paintwork, but compared to some of the big German brands that's relatively cheap. All work appears to have been completed OK. They have direction arrows on the floor, clearly marking the path in & out of the dealership and also indicating safe distances, for those of us that still don’t know what 2 meters looks like. There are screens set up in front of the staff and some were also wearing masks. My key fob was sanitised in front of me before being returned and the staff member was very polite. Part of the service used to include a mini valet, this seems to have stopped during the pandemic. I do feel that the vehicle could still be washed externally and as that's not the case then the service prices should be slightly reduced, reflecting this loss of service. On today's service I would recommend this dealer. 👍 Update; Just brought our car in for a while you wait recall inspection. Comfortable chairs in the lounge waiting area with drinks machine nearby. Toilets were clean. 🙂👍
