I was so impressed with Essex Extreme. They were engaged by my insurance company to repair my T-Roc after someone went in the back of me, and honestly the whole process couldn't have been easier. They went out of their way to accommodate the fact that I wasn't around at certain times, were responsive when I called, and the standard of service overall was excellent. Whilst there are only a few reviews here, they are not the best unfortunately, so I was a little worried, but my concerns were totally unfounded. The lady on the phone (apologies if the name is wrong but Demi is coming to mind?) was so friendly, and rushed my car through for me as the hire car I had (not from them) didn't suit my needs, and I couldn't drive it. When the car came back I couldn't believe how clean it was. A few months ago my husband had put a straw bale in there without protecting the boot, and despite it being valeted twice since, it was still covered in tiny bits of straw. Not this time; when it returned it was perfect! I was delighted. Thanks for a very positive experience.

Very poor experience would never reccomend going here, for 1 they give me a estimated date and then turns out it's almost a week later, 2 the young lady on the phone was very rude almost every time I called has no manners and almost seems to talk down to you, definetely never using these people again

They agreed to have my car on job they took my car very fast in a repair they contact me to the estimate and I listen “we are now wait on the part”so not quite understand why the have take the car on the garage and waste my time and leave a Pco licence without earning money
