    Managed to lose all of our personal documents lack of communication and was told about our supervisor social worker that we could change her if you get told this make sure you change your supervising SW word of advise please document all communication with all departments whilst fostering because you may need this when it comes to your appraisal

    The while process is hard work and stressful. Continual mistakes made on DBS applications which are then withdrawn without any sort of communication. You need to drive the whole process forward yourselves as noone else seems to know or care what's going on. It really is a DIY process that I've done for free whilst people at Essex CC get paid for my time and work! I would suggest Herts of Suffolk instead!!!
