Approximately 8 weeks ago I was moving house and ended up with a sudden episode of low back pain which was probably the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. After ending up in A and E for 11 hours to be sent home with pain killers and only advice to call my GP. I then went to my GP who didn’t touch me, didn’t assess me and tried to give me pain killers which helped maybe 5% and said I’ve basically got to wait it out. I was left feeling disappointed and desperate to help myself somehow to get out of this pain. I went to Essex Coast Physio and was rushed in and was seen within 24 hours of me contacting them. The advice I received along with a diagnosis helped ease my anxieties about my pain and they were able to work on my back in session to give me immediate relief (maybe improved my pain by 60% in 30-40 mins). I was then given a strict routine to follow to not flare my back and some exercises to get it moving again. Im a couple of weeks on from this and I’d say I’m 90% better and have every confidence in the team to guide me back to a full recovery. Can’t thank them enough and I’ve already recommended 2 friends and family member.

I went to see Jonathan after having back problems for a couple of months. He instantly knew what the problem was and how to resolve. The surgery was very well presented and clean. There are appointments which fitted around work. Would recommend to anyone.

After searching for a suitable physio for my son I came across Essex coast. The prompt response from Ben is why I chose him initially.we went to the appointment and was instantly made to feel welcome , Ben explained everything to us in detail so we understood fully . The advice and exercises he gave my son has mad massive improvements to his injury . Although we did make another appointment there was certainly no pressure into making this. Highly recommended and much appreciation for such a fantastic service.

An amazing and inviting space makes you feel welcome. Clean, equipment is spot on. Manager Ben is really approachable. There is now a fully qualified personal trainer on the premises, tabby. She is very understanding if any injuries or anything, she'll be the one to go too for training. She is also approachable, you can talk to her and she will listen.
