DO NOT USE! We bought our beautiful miniature daxie from them.. he was the last one. Within a few days we compared him to my sisters daxies, to find he had a broken tail and they said they couldn’t tell from clear pictures and said we must have done it by mistake, to which I sent back videos with his mum and clearly always had it. We have had our boy 8 months. £6000 in vet bills so far, he is riddled with GENETIC problems. An infused spine & tail (which mri confirmed he was BORN with), he has got atlanto-axial subluxation which is also a genetic problem and has to have life saving surgery tomorrow - they have shown NO COMPASSION and replied ‘he looks fine to me in your pictures and videos with other dogs’ clearly not even researching what is wrong with him, which if they did they’d be aware it’s not 24-7 it’s Acute Pain which is nerve damage from his vertebraes which will only go with a life or death surgery, which tomorrow is up to £10,000. This is not a 5* breeding company, they do not care about their puppies if they have health issues like mine severely does, the responses from them are vile. Apparently there’s a contract to that I signed about genetics, which I have asked for but never received? I wouldn’t touch this company and would find GENUINE breeders that care about their dogs welfare not just for the 8 weeks they have them for. If this was one of mine I’d be doing Everything I can to support my customer that spent a fortune on a dog that has never lived a normal life, just got told ‘glad you have insurance’ as if that’s all good. I am disgusted and will be taking this further once I know the outcome of my dogs life tomorrow, he’s 10 months old -
