5*! Do not hesitate to visit Essex Bridal Outlet. The shop has dresses off the peg but also dresses to order. Had the pleasure of meeting Becci, Bev, Daisy and Donna and they were brilliant. I picked four dresses to try initially, upon trying on they listened to what I liked/disliked about the dresses and then helped pick out further dresses I might like. Really felt like I was listened to and they really wanted to help. Happy to say I said yes to the dress! If you want a wonderful, welcoming, unpressured bridal shopping experience - the shop is the place to go.

Although I did not find my dress here the service from Becci was nothing short of outstanding. Having had disappointing experiences in other shops I was feeling a bit deflated when I came to Essex Bridal Outlet, however I knew on arrival this place was going to be very special. A very friendly team who were welcoming and offered drinks on arrival, followed by an explanation on how the shop works and price ranges (very helpful if you’re an anxiety sufferer like I am). I was then given time to really look at each of the dresses before deciding what to try on and loved that I wasn’t rushed. Even though I did not find the one on that visit Becci went above and beyond to source me dresses she felt might be and arranged for me to come back and try them, and even recommended an alternative boutique who had styles I may like (where I did actually find my dress). I really felt that I was listened to, with careful considerations of my likes and dislikes and despite my previous experiences leaving me feeling like I’d never find the one Becci was so validating and gave me the boost I needed. I would absolutely recommend to any future bride and hope to return to purchase my veil later in the year. Thank you again Becci, you are truly a superstar!

Amazing experience from start to finish! My first time shopping for a wedding dress and Bev was so lovely and helpful throughout the whole appointment. She picked the dress for me to try on that I ended up buying for my wedding day. So happy with the service and would highly recommend, especially for brides who are not sure what type of dress they are looking for.

I cannot recommend Essex Bridal Outlet enough. It’s a gorgeous boutique. Annie was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, she made us feel welcome (Myself, Maids of honour -Yes I have two and my gran. she was very helpful and she made sure we were comfortable especially gran. Annie you are AMAZING!!!. Ladies this is the place to go. The dresses are amazing (I did say ‘Yes to the dress!) and very reasonable As well as different sizes and styles to suit everyone. Incredible bridal shop - everyone was so thoughtful, kind and patient. Brilliant range of dresses and sizes, had everything I wanted to try and more. Didn't feel rushed at all and there was no pressure to choose a dress there and then (though I found mine!). Helped me with recommendations for a dressmaker to do alterations as well so all set for the big day. Just wish I had an excuse to come back - will be telling any friends who get engaged that this is the place to go!

It’s the place to go to find your wedding dress. Amazing shop with the most heart warming staff, who were extremely helpful and informative. The place just makes you feel that extra special. With the amount of dresses at all different costs, there is no way of leaving the place without falling in love with one. I was there for my best friends wedding dress and I think I loved the experience as much as she did. Huge thank you to Becci for helping my best friend in saying YES TO THE DRESS! Your amazing!!! Amazing place beautiful and so warming its never an easy decision to decide a dress becci was amazing patient and very helpful and sweet even when you seem like your being a pain 🤣 the dress was amazing and a wide range of dress for everyone confort.❤️ Happy with my dress thanks with the help of this lovely lady and staff. Left the shop to go and view somewhere else and in a space of half hour was back to get my dress here and they were happy to see me again even thought i went away. Thanks for everything.

Had an amazing appointment here back in September, the lady who helped us was lovely and made me and my bridesmaids very welcome! She really helped me realise what I wanted and bought out the dress she thought I was looking for, which ended up being the one! Also feel I got such a bargain for such a gorgeous dress worth a lot more than I paid! Definitely a must visit if you’re looking for an amazing dress without paying 1000s! They were not pushy at all and made sure to respect my budget! And with a complimentary glass of Prosecco for us all it felt extra special! Definitely recommend x
