Been a part of the EBC family for over 2 years now. Not only has my fitness gone through the roof and changes to my body are noticeable, but the trainer,jules, is great fun and knows his stuff. The people you train with become good friends and it really is a team effort. A great way to de stress and tune your body at the same time.....all in the open and natural air,so no sweaty gyms! You don’t know til you give it a go!

Been attending Essex Boot Camp Leigh and Southend for the past 27 months and its been a real life changer. Overweight and struggling with motivation and not able to join a team because of work, boot camp is perfect. Lots of different times and days to ensure you can get there at least 2-3 times (sometimes more) a week, and working at a pace you can withstand but also being pushed along by others. Great workouts, great sense of achievement and have made great mates. No matter what your fitness this will only improve with Boot Camp, and you'll find a supportive and encouraging bunch of people of all ages. Give it a go! (Oh, and I'm lighter, fitter, healthier and setting targets all the time).
