Dreadful experience with this company - would leave zero stars if possible. Bought items recently with next day delivery for an emergency boiler repair job. The items never arrived, contacted the company for a tracking number, which they promised but never sent. Now not answering phone calls (have tried 20+ times from different mobiles). AVOID, it seems they just want to take your cash.

Purchased online on 28/02/22 next day delivery by 1pm. Phoned them several times but they kept lying 🤥 that item was sent but no tracking number provided. Sent several emails about refund with no luck. Got a refund on 11/03/22 after a phone call.

Excellent communication and excellent service, they helped out immensely so we could get the boiler up and running again in such a short period of time. Was surprised at how quickly and easy it all was, especially since we are in Australia. They helped out to make sure it was the right part that was being posted out and ordered first time. It was just like walking into the store and buying over the counter. The type of helpful service that goes a long way but is rarely seen anywhere else. Thank you so much

Yee haw company,order parts tuesday am for nextday delivery charged me nearly £7, didnt turn up untill sat morning, looked on parcel ond postage was £2.89 wot a rip off for a plastic bag ,ordered 2 sensors one is genuine the other im not so sure,rang them many times to get tracking number but wouldnt give it to me,emailed but no reply,will never use again and would not recommend to anyone, would give zero stars,
