Also while being friendly, with Great communication, super helpful, helping to stay within the budget while not compromising the quality and going above and beyond. I can very happily and easily say this is Vince. I could not ask for a single thing more than the service he gave. You never know who will walk into your house and do the work so its a bit nerve racking. Could not ask for anyone better than Vince. He helped stay within budget, got amazing quality of kit and transformed my house better than i even hoped. He is the nicest guy ever, super talented and so respectful that he is 5 star in every aspect. Would jump to recommend him to anyone immediately as it is beyond a pleasure to work with him. 5/5...10/10...anyway you put it Essex AV is who i was lucky to find for this project and will use again for years to come when needed.

Vince installed a new Tv on our wall, extremely likeable friendly professional and fit us in within a very short amount of time. Installed safely and fantastic knowledge on upgrade options for sound and such. We were missing a fixing screw which Vince was fantastic in being able to provide one for us. We also didn't have a 10mm spanner which he gave to us so we could tweak our tv mount! excellent service, left the area clean & tidy would recommend fully to anyone.
