Felt compelled to write a review after the experience we had. Me and my partner viewed the car on the Saturday and both fell in love with the car (BMW 530D XDrive), it was in beautiful condition inside and out. We met Stuart who showed us around the car, explaining the extra features. He also gave us time to look around the vehicle on our own, which was a nice touch. We decided there and then the car was for us, he went through the finance options and a few days later we picked up the car! From start to finish it was a fantastic experience, would happily make the 2/3 hour journey again to buy a car from Stuart & his brother again!

Excellent service from Stuart, the help I recieved went above and beyond what I would expect from any car dealer or main dealer. No pressure sales and the quality of all the cars in the showroom were impeccable, hats off to James, the car was that clean and well prepped I didn't want to take it out of the showroom! I'm one for aways seeing a car in the flesh before buying, but after seeing the standard of cars on offer here, I really wouldn't hesitate agreeing a purchase without seeing it first, they are honestly that good.. go see for yourself! Very happy with my purchase and when I need to change cars in the future, I will hope Stuart has the model I'm looking for as I know I won't be let down.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Thoroughly professional from Stuart - a genuine, honest and trustworthy guy. No hard sell , knows his stuff and was just keen to help every step of the way. The car was really well marketed and the pictures on the website of such good quality that I knew exactly what I was buying. I travelled 450 miles for the car and didnt have a single worry - when I arrived, the car looked even better! James had obviously worked so hard to ensure it was beautifully presented inside and out. In short, a great family business which I'd have no hesitations in recommending. The drive back up to Scotland was certainly great fun. Thanks again to both of you. Very pleased!

I was looking for a BMW 335d TOURING and found exactly the 1 at Essex Automotive so I called them and spoke to Stuart who answered all of my questions. I decided to go ahead so paid a deposit on the car. My wife and I hired a car 1 way from Swansea a 250mile trip. Stuart picked us up from the car hire depot and took us to Essex Automotive.I couldn't believe the condition of the car as it was exactly as Stuart had described to me over the phone. I took it for a test drive and was very happy so returned and the Stuart made us a nice cup of tea while he sorted out the finance. I have purchased many vehicles from other car dealers but this was by far the best and most stress free and relaxing experience. Nothing was too much trouble. If you have any doubts about EssexAutomotive you SHOULDN'T have. Stuart and his team are complete professionals. The price was very reasonable and communications prior to my visit (I travelled all the way from Yorkshire) was helpful, Knowledgeable and very friendly, non pushy. The car was exactly as described, and had been detailed (Hi James..;) prior to my inspection. Stuart and his team, didn't sell me a car...They helped me buy one. !! Top Business, Top guys - I would very, verily recommend.. Ps.. They'll even make you as much Tea/coffee as you want..!! Thanks Guys
