Lovely people to do business with - Mark, Keith, Pete, and best of all their gorgeous Boxer dog! They were transparent throughout the sale process of a couple of items. The online auction was super easy to view and always welcoming at their Epping High Street store and settled the proceeds within 7 days of auction close, including a clear statement of money due. BEWARE ** Note THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW ** They Stole my property and sold it , not only did they never pay me they sent a STORAGE INVOICE when i asked for my overdue payment I have spoken to several vendors who have had problems and abuse from them , VERY unfriendly if they do not have you over their way at 18% Go elsewhere. Court action underway

Truly honest and decent people here. The product I bought was fantastic as was their service and I recommend them very highly. I was an Auction virgin, these guys talked me through how everything works. They really knew what they were talking about and gave me realistic prices that I could expect to achieve. Everything I entered in the Auctions sold for pretty much what they said. You may think that the commissions are a bit high, but for the amount of work they do to sell your items I think they are very reasonable. I shall definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone. A 5 star service.
