Philip and his team have just completed the installation of some artificial lawn in our garden and I'm extremely happy with the service from start to finish and thrilled with the result. It wasn't the largest of areas to be grassed and not the cheapest quote we had but the service has been second to none from the quote stage through to completion. The organisation of this company is second to none. Communication from first contact to completion was great - always a fast reply to emails I sent. The necessary supplies and team of workers turned up as scheduled, the work was completed very efficiently and the finished effect is superb. We chose a short, sports-specific grass to create an all-weather sports area in our garden and now have very happy football-mad sons! I did get quotes from other companies but liked the fact that this is a small business and I felt the sales pitch was much more honest and less 'pushy' than some of the bigger/national companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Essex Artificial Lawns.

Really happy with the grass. However, aftercare and assistance has not been great. Both times I have needed assistance the response hasn't been great. 1st time I called they dragged their heels to reattend. 2nd time due to a sunken corner they said the warranty didn't cover the work. They also wouldn't quote to do any maintenance work that we requested. Grass would be 4 stars, aftercare would be 1 so I'd rate 3 overall.
