Dropped an amplifier off for repair. Weeks went by with no contact. A couple ignored emails and never a phone call back. Eventually got hold of someone and they said it will be ready in a couple days. It seemed to be fixed for about 3 days and the problem resumed again, and even worse than before. I took it somewhere else and it was flawlessly fixed in a couple days and at half the price! Maybe mine was a one-off experience but based on it, I simply cannot recommend.

Used twice now for repairs. Once for our powered Behringer mixer and once for a powered wedge monitor. Very friendly and Knowledgeable staff. There is a fixed initial charge payable which covers the first hours work. If further work is required, that is charged as an ad hoc basis on collection. They are very popular and therefore very busy. Expect 2-3 weeks turnaround. Great, reliable service.
