AVOID!!!! Customer service is shocking. Never ever seen a business treat a customer so awful over a few issues that we fed back. Owner Mark is very rude - assumes that the reason we were unable to work the Bluetooth in the limo is because we were all intoxicated OR have learning difficulties. Owner Mark actually recorded himself asking another group booking if they were able to use the Bluetooth ok WHILST DRIVING and sent the footage to my friend. Has actually made my friend feel very intimidated by telling her to go to his yard so he can show her how the stereo works, even though she made it clear that knowing it now is not helpful at all.. Honestly, use your money elsewhere. IF you have ANY issues with this company’s service, you will receive no compassion or even an apology. You’ll be in arguments for days and made to feel very stressed and belittled. Whether a company agrees with your complaint or not, you shouldn’t be made to feel how Mark has made my friend feel and just looking at Marks responses to other negative reviews, you can clearly see he is very in-denial and unprofessional. Just to add, I was a part of the group, not the person who booked as I can see from another review that the owner mark may respond questioning who you are unless you were the main person who officially booked with him.

AVOID!! Disgusting service - DISGUSTING customer service and DISGUSTING attitude when taking on negative feedback! Insulted from the “director” Mark - calling me special needs… as I explained to him no one showed us how to operate the stereo to allow the phone to be plugged in. Illegal activities- driving whilst on his mobile phone with passengers just to try and belittle me… List is endless. FIND A BETTER AND MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY - HE WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAYS!

We were sent photos of a white limo so was a tiny bit disappointed when a black one pulled up but the overall experience was fantastic. It was booked as a surprise for my daughter's 21st as due to covid restrictions we weren't able to celebrate as planned. Mark was very professional, offered to take photos and dropped us right outside the door of the restaurant and was there to meet us as soon as we left. Glasses were provided for our choice of drink and it definitely made my daughter's Birthday special. Thank you so much, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future.

Martin was our driver he was spot on time, very patient when it came to sorting the music lol dropped us at The Ritz right outside and was there when we came out, door to door was an amazing experience deffo recommend to book through them and we will again next time to we go anywhere it’s the only way to travel 👍
