They cater for all ages and if your just wanting to dance for exercise or if you want to take part in competitions, the choice is yours. It has a fantastic atmosphere with very friendly members and the teachers who are also very friendly and professional. They really go out to help you in achieving and accommodate what you want out of your dancing. You will get the bug, I highly recommend.
