    Refused to take my parcel from ebay without any reason. Do not recommend this store and will make sure to not buy anything from there anymore (and will let all my friends know this). This store has been reported to ebay To the owner: have moral ethics mate and remove your store from the list of stores which accepting parcels. As nothing is saying that I do need to make sure that some code will be given - I just see address closest to my house, without any notes about any code. You waisted my time (I still don't have my item and have no idea where it is) - so 1 star is even to much for you

    I would give them 0 stars if I could. Mickey Mouse business. Why do they advertise as a collect point when they refuse parcels? Totally useless, I've lost time and money because of this excuse of a store. Avoid. After the owners reply. I'm not the guy youre talking about. I wanted to collect a parcel from this store as it was indicated on the dhl website that you do offer such a service. It turns out that for some reason my parcel was refused by the shop. So it looks like we are on a mercy of a shopkeeper and his mood swings. I've paid for this delivery and didn't get the service. Now I have to pay second time for the parcel to be re delivered somewhere reliable. I'm tempted to visit you to get my money back that I've lost because of you. Parcel wasn't heavy or big. If you're not willing to do the work just stop offering such service to spare us all disappointment and extra cost.

    I was due to collect a new television from this shop, it was sent via Curry's, and this store was the designated pickup point. The package arrived and the delivery was apparently refused because "the box was too big". Sorry but if you cant do the job then don't do it. You have cost me time and money and I'm not impressed. No doubt you will come up with some clever reply but it's too late now. ( I have given 1 star, only because I can't give 0)
