    I purchased a flash kit and some other accessories. I found the quality of their products exceptional, and all their staff are some of the most welcoming and generous. I was so impressed!     I have recently been to pixapro to purchase studio lights and a few other bits and pieces. I have to say their customer service is excellent. I was in the store for about an hour, was given a demo of the equipment I purchased along with discussions with the sales team and with their resident photographer. I would highly recommend them as a company and for their customer service, advise and guidance.

    I will never purchase from this company again. I bought equipment from then and it was delivered buy DPD. The package was left on my driveway at 7:15 am in full view of the road. When I contacted Pixapro to inform them I had not received the pckage. Their reply was take it up with DPD as it is not our problem. I did not like that attitude, so I phoned DPD and they told me their contract was with Pixapor. So I have now reported it to my bank. They will sort this out for me. Pixapro remove the word PRO as you certainly do not know ho to act like PROS!!

    I have had the pleasure of dealing with Pixapro/essentialphoto for over a year now, i can honestly say their customer service is excellent. If i am struggling to locate a part or need some guidance again the support is brilliant and readily available . As a mature student studying with a view of having his own business i have used other suppliers but i always come back to them due to their service, price and quality of items. Highly recommended and would always promote their equipment as it is professional and excellent to use. Thank you guys keep up the excellent work and i will be back again soon for more gear.

    Initially the service was good when I was spending a lot of money. With loads of recommendations, links and quotes. Though was offered a very expensive light without clear information that I needed to purchase £400 worth of batteries to make the product work portably. I had purchased 1 extra spare battery and sent them my list of products for quotation. At this point they didnt mention ( knowing I needed 2 to run it and 2 as spare. That I needed to spend £800 worth of batteries to get the job done. I had expressed I needed the portable light that needed extra battery life for a very important shoot in a few days time where I was asked to pay £30 postage to get it to me fast. Once I had received lights ( which turned up promptly and well packed) I realised the second hand carry case was more damaged then shown having the plastic internal base broken. ( though I must admit I haven’t mentioned this to them) On arriving at the location shoot with my extra battery fully charged hoping to get 2 rounds of shooting out of the portable light, I couldn’t seem to make it work. Letting down the customer, which was a album cover shoot for an 8 member Reggae Band. I was unable to earn the money and lost the trust of the customer. After msging the team I received an email stating they had told me replacement / spare batteries were £200 each and I would need 2. But when making the quote the team didn’t notice that I had only order one as a spare. For me this was poor customer service seens as I had trusted their support when buying and had exchanged many emails to make sure I got exactly what I needed for this shoot. They haven’t offered any compensation for my lose and aren’t taking any responsibility for not alerting me that I needed £400 worth of batteries let alone £400 extra batteries to give me a second round of use. Unfortunately my trust with this company is now broken, and like the band not re booking me, I will not be purchasing from them again. Though initially when they wanted to sell me products, their customer service was great. When dealing with an issue they lack taking responsibly for an error.
