Great lettings agent. Samantha in particular has always been very helpful and got things sorted out very quickly when necessary. Essence always use good quality tradesmen when required. Have only ever had an issue when the landlord has tried to cut Essence out of the loop and do things themselves and used low quality tradesmen and just generally been slow and inefficient.
