Instantly felt at ease, and I am getting stronger and stronger. The app she uses is great for seeing the progress you are making. I have never felt better about myself, both physically and mentally, and most of that is down to the support of Ellie and the constant pushing that I need to achieve my goal. 100% recommend anyone to have PT sessions with Ellie. Best thing I ever did and everyone else is noticing that too. I could now go and do this by myself now at the gym, but I don't want to, as the support I get from her is what keeps me pushing myself further and further.
