Went to neverland, Fulham beach with friends and family 07/08/22. I cam only say the way that this security team operated was professional and on point at all times. I was with my daughter who may have had one too many drinks and the security team made many enquiries to ensure that 1. I was her dad 2. The people she was with who were mainly male was family (they were her uncles) ther persisted until they were satisfied that we were who we said we are to ensure that she was safe .as I work in this industry I was very happy to see the actions thye took to ensure a young female was safe and looked after, thats whT we expect from security and you never know in different scenario it could be someone who is being taken advantage of and the would've prevented it. Great work guys keep it up

not the best security, customer service terrible. Promised me shifts and no one got back to me. Spoke to michael who was polite and nice. Then my details got passed on to husein who took all my documents and proof of address. After promising me shifts, he didnt contact me back. Sent me a mesaage days later saying hes busy and will get back to me. I kept contacting and been told will get a call back i was lead on, my documents were sent for no reason. Unprofessional and too much hassel. I would of appreciated it if they told me from the start rather then lead me on for weeks and give me hope.
