Nice homes, but once you moved in there's no customer service basically. The communal grounds next to our house has never been landscaped as per the plans. Despite the residents complaining for the past year Esquire has taken 0 action. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and with the fact that landscape hasn't been done as per the plans we have signed when buying the house. Esquire sell their homes with a low annual maintenance fee only for it to be increased by 25% after one year. The staff always had a condescending attitude, not pleasant to deal with at all, 0 undestanding and customer service. They have lied to us numerous times and they're not reliable. No after sales interest at all, as someone said, you will get yourself a nice home but probably followed by a couple of years of hassle. We also have Issues with flooded garden 8 months a year - a lot of gravel underneath our turf and Esquire refused to help despite the fact they've done a poor job on the garden. A lor of residents have the same issue and had to solve this issue on their own expense. Basically every year you have to re-turf your garden...

I am unfortunately in the sad position of living opposite the Hill Farm plant compound in Rook Lane. We have had to endure lorries going in and out of the compound, plant vehicles driving up and down the road. Noise, dust and now this right outside our home. It is a far cry from the peace and solitude we have been used to having lived here for 25 years. Such a shame and all done in the name of Demelza House, both them, the farmer and the builders should be ashamed.

Esquire's response to an objective review left by a customer on 25th March was to have 11 friends and family (some with the same surname as the Head of Sales and Marketing!) leave 5 star reviews on 26th March all within a one hour time period. Get the score back up and bury the honest review. I think that probably says more about the Company's integrity, ethics (and intelligence) than I can in one single Google Review. Be aware - you will have to deal with these people and their behavior.
