Very bad customer service. 4/5 staff engrossed in helping one customer. No one bothered to ask me if I needed help so spent a bit of time looking for my item. Staff were all standing in front of the counter when I went to pay, no one thought to ask the VIP customer to move, so meant I had to lean over stock to hand the item over. No chance of reaching the card machine (girl at till didn’t bother to think to take it off the stand and hand over to me). Quite incensed at this point, decided didn’t want to give them my custom so I left. Won’t be going back.

Friendly and attentive staff, came in with our 3 kids and both member of staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about products. Highly recommend, products are not 'cheap', but very good! After living in Sevenoaks for over 35 years, pleased to have this independent store on the High Street.

Shocking and disgraceful service!! When I bought tablets no one on till explained is non refundable because they don't know how I store them, even if i will do as they write on box they don't believe. Never come back to the shop ever again.

Shocking and disgraceful service!! Entered the shop at 5:25 pm and unfortunately was trying to finish a very important call. At 5:29 the owner said “ sorry we are closed” suggesting that I had wasted her time!!! After living in Sevenoaks for nearly 20 years this was totally unacceptable! She agreed to sell the item however I was appalled at her attitude especially when local shops/retailers are struggling. Good luck with the rent/rates... we will not be shopping there again!! ... and a few weeks before Christmas ! Nice!
