    ESP Utilities are an utterly awful company to deal weith. We're long over due a response on a very simple G99 application we've done weeks ago and we've had nothing back from them. There are ongoing issues because of this now and ESP are causing huge holds ups on a developmentg of 49 houses. No repsonse to emails, phone calls, nothing. Of the DNOs we have to deal with, I'd say they are by far the slowest, most unresponsive. Sort it out.

    ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL....We have been ringing and emailing ESP since the beginning of October 2022 to arrange moving the gas meter (8 times to date) Each time we have either had no reply at all (to emails) or when we have managed to speak with someone we have been told that they will get back to us and this has never happened. Appalled at such poor service . Next port of call is the Ombudsman

    We have been trying to get our electrical supply moved to allow us to convert our garage into a downstairs bedroom for my wife who has mobility issues. We have been chasing esp for over 2 months and they are still no further forward in even providing us with a quote to carry out the works!
