The place was left clean and tidy with no evidence they had even been there ( apart from the missing ceiling!).

Terrible experience. Left for four weeks without insulation due to work being disrupted by asbestos being discovered. The Esoteric team were outsourced by the insulation company to test a sample of the suspected asbestos and then, when it was confirmed to be asbestos, remove it. They attended our property once to remove the asbestos, accidentally left their hoover running the entire time they were doing the air test (45mins) which cost us money as they were using our power, then had to return a second time as they did not clean up properly and contaminated substances were left behind. They cancelled the second cleanup twice but managed to attend the third time. They also failed to inform us that our loft boards would need to be removed beforehand and took them away without saying a word to us. We found out they were gone when we went to check they had actually done a proper job after the second cleanup and try to return all the stored items back into the loft and out of our living space. We were left having to replace loft boards at our own expense because we figured after the hassle we had just getting them to show up, let alone do the job right, we didn't want to engage with them further. So all in all they cost us rather a lot of money, with the hoover running for 45 mins longer than it should have been, loft boards being taken without so much as a by your leave and four weeks with no insulation in the loft in November. This entire experience had a detrimental effect on the entire household, caused a great deal of stress and anxiety and dragged on for far longer than I believe is acceptable. Would you be happy to go four weeks without insulation at the start of winter, your living room full of boxes getting in your way constantly, while a company didn't do their job right first time then kept cancelling on you? I don't think so. Sincerely, I never want to have to deal with this company again. I imagine from the other reviews left for this company that private clients must be treated with more professionalism but what does that say about them?
