Avoid this company like the plague! Having used care companies in the past for my elderly mother in law I knew exactly what to expect from them & this company was not it. The whole experience was a shambles from the initial call to the care received. As mentioned by someone else in the review the people seem dodgy. They’re new in the business I believe & it shows.

Esmero are a shambles. Care was never guarenteed despite them accepting the requirements. They said they had plenty of trained staff that would be able to deliver top class, suitable care for me being paralysed, having a severe spinal cord injury and various other health issues. They struggled to provide me with the care calls they had promised. A few of the minimal staff that came were untrained and unprofessional. Most calls were then covered by just one lady. They let me down at the last minute by not being able to provide 2 carers that they were aware I needed for standard health and safety and general deliverance of my care.. They failed a few times to send anyone at all and made pathetic excuses when challenged. I did my best to accommodate all their "problems", from changing my call times to accepting they were only able to provide single not double care providers when it should have been them helping me. A specific member of the admin/office team was rude, inefficient and unprofessional. I received an email two and half hours before care time to say they'd terminated my contract with that evening's call being the last. So no notice was given for me to arrange alternative care. Extremely unprofessional and no ethics to their duty of care. Not even the courtessy of a phone call. I would definitely not recommend this so called agency and suggest you don't believe the empty promises of excellence and well trained staff they spout in their general advertising and company promotion

I used Esmero Care Services recently for my elderly uncle. The 2 carers who attended 4 times a day were in PPE at all times which was reassuring. They were caring and considerate of my uncles care needs at all times. I would recommend Esmero Care Services and will be using their services in the future should the need arise.
