I love my new bike, I got the delivery variant and it’s the best bike I could of gotten. The next step up from that would of been a mid range moped! Now I have all the convenience of a moped with all the pros of biking! Like no tax, insurance or MOTs plus I can use bike lanes, bicycle parking and cycle routes! The ride is extremely smooth, literally feels like you’re floating on air! Seat is lovely and comfortable too! Amazing company and delivery guy was extremely helpful and friendly.

What a fantastic company and such wonderful people. We couldn't be more happy with the phenomenal way that we were looked after by Michael at Eskuta. He certainly goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is looked after. An absolute legend. The SX-250 series III electric bike is a stunningly clever piece of machinery. So comfortable and easy to manoeuvre. The suspension is amazing and the attention to detail in design is just beautiful. After our test ride, we just can't wait to receive our bikes.

When I saw the Eskuta for the first time at the house with Karl our delivery driver, I was amazed that it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. It looked brilliantly put together. Solid, heavy and so cute too! I also love that the workings were so well explained to my hubby Alex by Karl that he never even had a practice...just got ready for work and off he went, no problems at all. Thank you for all your hard work in getting it ready and bringing it to us. It was worth every penny! You have a great team and every person I spoke with was polite and very helpful. Thank you for your email with the important information in the manual, we will take great care of our little no. 38 Eskuta! We have a short, very steep hill that the bike has to negotiate at the beginning of the journey to work...I was wary that the Eskuta would not manage it but, it passed with flying colours! Also, on our first charge with all these energy hikes, with the TV, fridge freezer and with the bike on charge, it was registering 18p an hour on our smart meter, and when the fridge freezer turned off and TV still on, it went down to 7p an hour on the smart meter, We know the TV is 3p an hour...Wow! That was kind of hard to believe! Cannot fault it and we love the security features too. ALL GOOD! PS: Karl our driver was so lovely, after having driven all day in such hot weather and still made time for us. Well done everyone at ESKUTA! Thank you so much, Mrs Woods.

I have recently purchased a new Eskuta SX-250 Series..this is my second one..my grandson has the first. I was more than happy to buy another as it is a wonderful way to get around and the build quality is exceptional, as has been my dealings with the company. Highly recommended
