Terrible customer service, I called them to ask if they service glass doors that they supplied glass for some 11 years ago, the agent said "NO", so I asked if she knew of any companies that service doors, a straight "NO", so I asked if she knew of any installers in my area, "NO". I said surely they have a list of companies on their books, customer who are installers, "NO" she then followed up with, "look I was still in school 11 years ago so how would I know who installed your glass", not the question I asked but I did state there's no need to be so sarcastic. Rude, blunt, sarcastic and totally unhelpful!
