Working on eSense projects is definitely interesting. However, they do have clear and relevant issues in the payment schedule (so beware of this).You need to chase them a thousand times in order to receive payments, and when you will receive them they will not be for the correct amount of money (this happened twice out of 2 payments). I will amend my feedback if the company will finally decide to fix this issue - it's a shame as they have a lot of potential.

Only work with this company via some kind of platform like Freelancer, Upwork, etc (this way they have to deposit the money upfront), otherwise you won't be paid.

Interesting work but they will badger you for multiple confirmations that you're willing to take on the work before sending it to you. They say they will pay you 30 days after receiving your invoice but it's actually 30 days and then wait till the end of the week. Fine to work for if you don't need the money but be prepared to chase and not get paid on the payment date you specify on your invoice. This company requires a lot of communication to secure small amounts of work and as such it is fairly labour intensive to secure work. Have received several missed calls from them in a day after emailing them confirming I am willing to take work, leaving voice mails threatening to give the work to others if I can't ring them back. Besides being pestered and having to pester in return, they also ask employees to leave favourable reviews so they can secure contracts. Bottom line: interesting work/decent style guides but lacking in professional standards unfortunately.
