Total waste of time this company. Rude lieing staff, I paid a big deposit, had scaffold put up round my house, and they didn't even turn up to do the job. I called them to ask what was going on and the response was " it wasn't financially viable for them to fit the solar panels for me". (Why not tell me that on day one?) I got the deposit back, in the end, but a total waste of my time and effort. 2 days taken off of work. This company was nice as pie before I handed them thousands in deposits, and then it was like getting blood out of a stone. I was backwards and forward to the design team for weeks whilst they did a design for me, which they kept messing up Never, will I deal with these people again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Totally disappointed and frustrated with your lack of respect and care.

This company is not to be trusted in my opinion. They have repeatedly sold items to my elderly aunt even though she didn’t need them. Every time they carried out an (unnecessary) “maintenance call” they in fact just sold her something. The equipment they sold either didn’t work or was never even fitted. Companies who take advantage of people who are vulnerable should be ashamed.

Solar and battery installation completed in a timely manner, even though a second visit had to be made to finish the installation due to lack of fixing brackets on the first visit. The system is working, but I did not realise the drop in solar yielding at this time of the year (November/December) however worked well in October before the shorter days arrived….a bit frustrating as it is this time of the year that a good solar yield is needed. ESE have provided a good service from the initial enquiry to installation completion.

Apart from initial communication problems where I was not informed of any delay which resulted in me wasting 24 hours and being stuck at home, the installations was excellent. Of particular note was the work of the electrician and the roofing team.
