I have been dealing with ESE for several years now and I have to say it is a refreshing change to deal with a company who not only has a great product range, but also understands the meaning of good customer service. I mainly deal with James but all the staff I have dealt with have good product knowledge and are happy to offer help and advice. All enquiries are dealt with quickly and professionally and deliveries are quick and pain free! (A major consideration when delivering to multiple sites which aren’t always easy to find). I have no reservations in recommending James and ESE.

They are super quick in any response to any orders and his saved the day on more than one occasion acting promptly to any orders i place. I have been working with ESE Direct for the last 6 months. The team go above and beyond. I mainly deal with James in sales who is very knowledgeable in all the products. If I have any questions he is more than happy to help and point me in the right direction. I am always given the best competitive price and kept up to date on lead times. Communication is second to none, queries are dealt with efficiently. I have also had dealing with the customer service department, where I had a slight issue with one of the products I had purchased. This was also dealt with promptly and efficiently with the replacement item arriving the next day. All the guys at ESE Direct are very friendly and professional and great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
