CRIMINALS! Never ever order from this site!!!! They are thives. They try to steel the money paid for a parcel that never arrived to the destination country. The parcel returned to them because they didn't manage the customs administration. First they tried DHL and created a tracking number for them. As they found out that DHL arranges customs, they didn't gave the parcel to them, so they chose DPD because DPD does not arrange it. The courier service, DPD says that the sender should have arranged the customs but EScooter Clinic didn't do that. In addition, they intentionally gave a totally false and invalid contact phone number and e-mail adress to DPD to mislead us and DPD as well. After the parcel returned to them, they lied for weeks stating that they know nothing about it and told us to call DPD for further information... They refuse to refund the 210 pounds paid in advance unless by deducting 80 pounds, blaming the unsuccessful delivery that we failed to carry out the customs procedure. Trying to communicate with them via Facebook Messenger chat, pattern questions in Polish language like , "Ile kosztują produkty?" or "Co jest teraz popularne?" appears. Crazy. Probably some Polish criminals organized in Great Britain. The sender's name was Mikolaj Wajman, a Polish name as well. Currently our bank has been collecting information and asking statement from DPD Uk to begin the police procedure and accusation against them for theft/embezzlement. Avoid this 'company'.

This company doesnt care about customer service. The first time i brought my scooter to them to fix the ignition. It wasnt 3 months before the ignition packed up. So i fixed it myself realising they had made a very weak soldering job. I vowed never to return to them. But i did give them benefit of the doubt. The next time i needed a charger. I bought a new one from them for £85. I got home it charged a couple of times and packed up. So i took it to them and said hey. This charger hasnt been a month. Can we test to see if its working. They refused to test it for me. They took it to the back and came back to tell me i had to pay £30 to fix it. Come on. No warranty. Not even a month. They do botched jobs. They need competitions
