    My family and I attended Escapologist on Sunday and had a great time. The whole family (wife and 2 sons aged 10 & 14) were able to be involved and worked together to solve the puzzles and end escape. The staff were attentive and supportive throughout. Would definitely recommend and will attend again

    We have done a lot of escape rooms and I tried the Harry Potter themed one with my son. Disappointed with this room. Lock was faulty, torch didn’t work, clues were illogical, props were broken, parts of puzzles were missing. I asked for clues and no one responded. I walked out and couldn’t find anyone. Our quiz master was serving coffee and said she couldn’t help. No one watching the rooms. On finishing the room I didn’t realise it was over as no one was watching. Shame. I tried to feedback and was told ‘thank you for the feedback’ and to wait for an email.

    Have been a couple of times now while we have been in Xscape, the cocktails are brilliant and some of them come with a smoke bubble on top BRILLIANT! LOVE IT! Best place for cocktails in the area!

    Brought my young girls for an evening treat last week. Gent behind the desk was great with them, even made them some special drinks with glitter, played the Harry Potter which which was a bit tricky for us but looked fantastic and the girls loved it! bringing the Mrs for the horror one next!
