    If I wasn't so rubbish it would be a 5, looking back I'm not so much of a logical thinker and this clearly showed me, never the less would still highly recommend, great for character building and bringing people together.... The lady that was there to greet me and take us through it was very nice and polite.........

    My first escape room experience...went with some friends not really knowing what to expect and it was brilliant! The tasks were harder than I thought they would be, but with a little help with clues from Sasha and her new colleague, we managed to complete it in the 60 minute time limit....great fun! The way to the entrance could be better signposted. The entrance is next to Essex Street car park. Will definitely go and try a different escape room in there.

    Booked for my daughter and 5 of her friends - All 16. One of our party was running a little late, staff (Sasha i think) was very understanding and it wasn't a problem. The briefing gave the kids all the necessary details about the process which was great for anyone new to an escape room. The kids really enjoyed it, completed with 5 mins to spare! Was pretty easy to find, the website states the entrance is around the back. Accessible from East Street car park. Great bit of fun!

    When we went into the room 15 minutes later the lady come in and said oh sorry this book isn't supposed to be in here and came and took it out which was very unprofessional . The clues that were given were not straight forward however we was doing pretty well after the first room , when we got into the second room my partner found the glove in a cabinet which was already unlocked and the lock hadn't been locked therefore it ruined the game and we still had 21 minutes left of time and unsolved puzzles . The lady asked if we wanted her to put it back and continue which is just beyond me . We want a refund for our poor experience .

    Worst place i ever been to in my whole entire existence. The place was so difficult to find it took us an hour just to find it the service was so bad none of the workers were even in the building we had to be on a one hour call to atleast get in. Very boring experience thought it would be much more interesting and fun compared to this way too expensive and the experience isn’t good at all. I do not recommend this place at all worst place ever it should be closed down and i demand a refund with me and my friends.

    Very hard to find the venue, it's like a back street hidden place that you feel like you shouldn't even be walking into. The escape room itself is quite a bit cheaper than all of the others that we have done, we can now tell why. Although it's a 60 min experience, we completed this in less than 45 mins and we are not the brightest tools in the box. There are not 60 mins worth of puzzles and riddles at all. I do not recommend this place at all.
