The stupid Things
Experience was amazing! Daniel the game master was great and made it very fun the puzzles were challenging however was given great hints allowing us to progress without being stuck for too long. We love Daniel (aka god)

Good fun, went with a group from work. Was challenging enough to keep us entertained but not too fiendish. We all had fun and it was nice to accommodate a larger group who split up and could work on puzzles in a non sequential fashion

My daughter and my nieces booked pre advanced due to not being familiar too the routes around London they was running late and spoke too the member of staff who was non helpful and arrogant I think due too being young people was spoken too very rudely by reception and if that is any experience too go by. If due to national rail strikes and tube strikes they arrived late. They have lost £75 they are only 16 making the money lost very valuable and well earned as they work. Please ask if any inconvenience due to travel distrubtions what the refund policy is. (Escape from this experience)

Terrible customer service which caused me loss of my game and money. I was running late and tried to call them - zero answer and I tried so many times. Then someone called me back with message if I will arrive late my time of the game will be shorter - what is the point of cutting 1h game to half so I decided not to come. Half an hour later I received an email stating that I can arrive late and I can play the game in full time but I need to show up before 9pm ( Email was sent at 8:50 ) I tried to asked them to reschedule my visit for another day - but unsuccessfully .... I understand that I was running late due to traffic and being late was my fault. But two people proving me two different information is far from acceptable. Also it wouldn't hurt them to allow me to play this game on a different day when they are less busy and everyone would be happy.

This is months overdue, but anyways I came here as a group of 6, and we had a lot of fun! We had the Egyptian room, and we managed to solve it in time. The puzzles were challenging but not too overcomplicated, and the staff were friendly too. Solid for a good time if you want a good escape room.
